2011 Christmas tree

The day after Thanksgiving we were able to get out to Hozack farms again for out u-cut tree. It did not take us too long before we found a few good choices.

In the end we found it was hard to resist the tree with a birds nest in it... This is the same thing we found last year so we stuck with the tradition and brought it home.

Took this doe when my Uncle Scott, cousin Andrew and buddy Donnie were up from Oklahoma.

37 yard shot and she died at 50 yards.

Baby Allison

Welcome to the world baby Allison! She was born yesterday (Sunday) March 27th at 3:03AM. She was 8lbs and 20". She is now in her second day of life and her and Mommy are doing wonderful! "Big Sister" Victoria is already so in love with her.

Bunny!

Last weekend I noticed that the bunnies were finally running around in the backyard. Like any daddy who loves his girls, I thought I needed to catch one for her. She was sleeping at the time so I found a box as a temporary home for the little hopper until V woke up from her nap.

So the first thing out of her mouth was "Can I hold it?" She was pretty proud of herself, when I took this picture all I said was "smile." I think this smile captures just how happy she really was. She makes my day!

SuperBowl 2010

Well, our home team Steelers did not pull out the win agains Green Bay, but what a game it was.

Victoria thought that she was playing. She was asking for her uniform, a ball and a helmet...

Maybe next year will be #7 for the Pittsburgh Steelers...
